Incoming fabric is inspected and precision cut using Straight Knife & Band Knife cutting machines.

Assembled by skilled operators on 50+ specialized lockstitch, overlock, flatlock and smocking machines.

Step 3: Quality Checking
Inline, Midline & Endline check points based on the AQC 4-Point System to eliminate defects.

Step 4: Washing Facilities
Specialised industrial washing machines, large capacity tumbler, hydro and perc/dry cleaning units.

Step 5: Finishing & Packing
Thread cutting, thread sucking, steam ironing, broken needle checks and metal detector test before packing.
